About JET Futures
JET Futures supports young people aged 16–25 who are economically inactive and facing barriers such as trauma, low motivation, or care experience.
We help them to move from disengagement to
sustainable education, employment, or training.

Our mission is to empower young people to unlock their potential
through trauma-sensitive coaching, grounded in
evidence-based approaches like Motivational Interviewing.
We focus on building confidence, shifting limiting beliefs, and increasing self-determination — all essential to long-term progress.

Alongside personal development, we deliver practical training in financial literacy and workplace behaviours — ensuring participants are not only job-ready, but also resourceful, resilient, and life-ready.

At the core of JET Futures is Motivational Interviewing, a psychologically informed method that draws motivation from within. Rather than telling young people
what to do, we empower them to make sense of their own situation,
find the right next steps for themselves, and stay on track.

We work in partnership with local authorities, schools, charities, and community organisations to create real, lasting change.

Aligned with the UK government’s NEET re-engagement and skills strategy, our work bridges the gap between personal growth and employer expectations, creating pathways to long-term success.
